  Wow! So amazing! Mardi helped us with our holiday and it was exceptional. The communication was great. It was easy. She answered every question and even gave us some tremendous suggestions. Our vacation would not have been nearly as awesome without her!

  I did a Google search to find a local travel agency to help me set up a last minute vacation. I've never used a travel agency before, but we wanted to visit a few areas along the East Coast that I was unfamiliar with and needed assistance booking flights and high quality accommodations. I read positive reviews about Vacations in Paradise and contacted Michelle Taylor. She helped me set up a trip to visit family and do some sightseeing. After she finalized all our plans and payments, the next morning the news reported that a huge storm was going to negatively impact our vacation. She worked quickly to help us cancel everything we had just booked and find a new vacation destination for us, all within a few days of us trying to leave. Michelle was very patient with all of my questions and concerns, kind and informative. She gave me wonderful choices of hotels once we narrowed our new plans to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. We have never been to that part of Mexico before and she efficiently set up our flights, round trip airport transfers and a LOVELY boutique hotel for us. All we needed to do was pack our clothes and passports and enjoy a beautiful and relaxing vacation! I would 100% recommend contacting Michelle Taylor to help plan an organized and stress free vacation and I look forward to working with her again in the future! Thank you SO MUCH Michelle :)

  Communication with the travel agent was unsatisfactory. Once booked, it was a terrible experience trying to reach her. Can’t imagine having an issue while on our trip & trying to contact her for assistance. Would not recommend this agency.

  Everything was smooth and wonderful! From the airport, to the hotel stay, and the parks we visited! Airport lines moved seamlessly, even during government shutdown. Perfect time to visit parks. However, you will still need to get a fast pass! Thank you Viviane , for helping us plan our vacation!

  We can’t thank June enough for everything she did to make our honeymoon absolutely unforgettable. When our original plans didn’t work out, she saved the day and planned the most incredible vacation we could have ever dreamed of. June doesn’t just treat you like clients—she makes you feel like family. She thought of every detail, making sure everyone knew it was our honeymoon. Because of her, we were constantly surprised with special touches like free champagne, a “Just Married” sign on the back of our Fiat, and so much more. She even checked in on us during the trip to make sure everything was going smoothly. She made planning so easy and stress-free, answering every question with patience and care. Thanks to June, we got to truly relax and enjoy every moment. She is truly a gem, and we will absolutely be using her for all of our future vacations!
