  Unprofessional, inefficient. Dropped off shampooer with prommise from I wner to call with an estimate within 48 hrs. Given invoice sheet without name of store or phone number for future contact. Week past, I called to see why I had no estimate. This time, told I'd have one within 24 hrs., 5 days later, I still had heard nothing. Decided to just pick up machine and take it elsewhere. On arrival to the store, I was given bill: no estimate, no agreement for repairs. When challenged why, I was not given apology for delay or failure to discuss repair, was only given excuses about not being able to keep up with the work. Obviously knows nothing about running a business or customer service. Avoid this shop.

  This is a wonderful local business, who is very good at repairing the vacuums, I have used him several times when my vacuum(Dyson) got plugged, he knows them inside out and repairs them well! Don’t be scared if the shop looks closed or dirty, it’s just him cleaning the vacuums!! Not fancy, but gets the job done!

  The man knows his business 💯 He can actually fix things!!! You have a problem with your vacuum cleaner he's your man.
