  Vac Attack of Bluffton is an outstanding business, I am blown away by the excellent customer service, along with their incredible knowledge about their products. Jade took the time to answer my questions over the phone, which gave me confidence in making the long drive to their store. Once I arrived, I was in awe of how knowledgeable and helpful Jade was with teaching me all the details about the vacuums I was considering. I was able to truly understand everything about the vacuum purchase I was making, including trying the vacuum out with numerous surfaces and messes. I cannot thank Vac Attack of Bluffton enough for not only teaching me about my new vacuum, but also providing the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you, I love my new Sebo Airbelt E3!

  Wow!! I cannot believe how honest these people are. I took my Dyson to be repaired there because it was not suctioning right, and instead of telling me to leave it there or charge me a fee to see what was wrong, the person working said to me that I have not attached correctly the main section if it. Bottom line, she showed me how to connect the attachment correctly, and now it works great! I loved their honesty; and now I know where to take my vacuum cleaner if it’s not working again.
