  ***** We had experienced wind and water damage to our roof and needed to properly remediate and replace the damaged roof. We chose Nanfito due to their full time Insurance Specialist (Walter) who assisted us and guided us through the complex insurance claim process. His assistance and guidance was invaluable as it resulted in the insurance company paying for an entire roof replacement. ***** The roof was replaced in September of 2025. The quality and professionalism of their work was exceptional and outstanding. I happened to have the time to watch the workers over the 2 day roof replacement. I was extremely impressed with every attention to detail and their superior workmanship. The supervisor (Christian) made a point to be on site, and he even gave me his cell phone number in order to contact him with any concerns or questions that I had. I was also very impressed with the clean up process each day. In addition, they also facilitated and submitted all documentation and photos to my insurance company for reimbursement. ***** In summary, I was extremely impressed and pleased with all aspects of Nanfito’s work, and I highly recommend Nanfito for home repairs and home improvement.   V. Nanfito Roofing did an absolutely outstanding job on my home! From start to finish, their attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. They took the time to ensure my house was structurally sound before installing the new roof—no shortcuts whatsoever. I really appreciated how they explained everything clearly and even provided samples so I could choose the perfect color. I also decided to have new vinyl siding installed, and the result is a complete transformation. My home looks brand new, and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend V.   My house sustained wind damage earlier this year. Portions of the aluminum siding on my house blew off and Nanfito Roofing and Siding immediately came over to repair the area so I would not sustain water damage to the inside walls of my home. Walter, a very knowledgeable representative of Nanfito advised me that here in Connecticut there is a law stating that if you currently have aluminum siding on your home and portions are damaged due to Enviromental circumstances, you can request your insurance company to pay for all the aluminum siding to be replaced by vinyl siding. I decided to pursue this path forward. After dealing with my insurance company, Nanfito took approximately one week to complete the job. The house came out beautiful. Nanfito did a great job on the remove and cleanup of all the waste too. My house is a Victorian style home approximately 3500 square feet in size. Nanfito also replaced my roof approximately five years ago and did a great job with that process. Yes, I highly recommend this company for roofing and siding for their knowledge and skills in these fields.

  I just had a roofing job completed on my house from manfitos and they did a spectacular job everything came out beautiful quality work and the cleanup was amazing they picked up every little piece on the ground that was left over I can't praise them high enough and I highly recommend them

  So many things wrong. The chimney problems are frightening because 17 units were asked to make sure their CO detectors were functioning before turning furnaces on. It will likely take a month or two to get the chimneys Nanfito damaged repaired. 87 needs to be redone. Nanfito crews deliberately damaged vents to speed up roofing. We have reason to believe Nanfito was aware of this all along. A small sampling is shown in the photo. Becht Engineering had oversight responsibility on many of the buildings, were very expensive, and missed everything. All 16 roofs need to be replaced. Siding is buckling and even falling off all over the complex. A GAF rep was called in to inspect roofs about 1/2 way through and advised the corrections taking place were normal and everything is fine...not to worry. We cannot recommend Nanfito, Becht, nor GAF.
