The original vitrified tile was entangled with tree roots at each and every joint. They were able remove and replace the dilapidated tile with sixty feet of 6" PVC duct is short order. Eriich came and assessed the situation and recommended that Instead of paying almost $200 to clear the drain, (which would just get clogged again repeatedly because I have two cats and two dogs that shed like crazy) that I instead clamp the hose to the laundry sink with a filter and drain it there. He only charged for the service fee, and gained a long-time customer. So refreshing to find a professional who is looking out for his customers!
