  We hired a van to drop off and pick up for a cruise at port liberty. There was 8 of us, Brian was our driver. Brian went out of his way to make it as easy as possible. He was on time made sure we were dropped off right at the entrance and picked up right at the entrance, we felt like VIPS. The van was immaculate we had plenty of room for us and our bags. I would highly recommend VEI and will use them again. Thanks Brian.

  Matt was awesome the whole Trip I highly recommend Matt as my driver and if I get to do this again, he would be the same guy to do it.

  Vehicle and driver were great and they were very flexible with some minor changes the day before. It made our daughters ceremony go even smoother.

  When I responded to their survey, I gave them 3 stars, but I am changing it to 2 stars after finding out about the limousine driver blaming me for an issue he caused. If I were basing my review solely on him, it would be one star. However, the shuttle buses that transported us performed perfectly and arrived on time for everything. So for that, they are getting an extra star. With regards to the limousine driver who was supposed to drive myself and my bridesmaids to my wedding, he was completely incompetent. My parents have a long driveway, and it had been pouring all day, so we requested him to come down the driveway so I wouldn't have to walk so far in my dress in the pouring rain. There is enough space at the end of the driveway for vehicles to turn around. This driver, however, could not make a k-turn to save his life. We watched him attempt to turn around for 15 minutes. When we finally thought he had it, this incompetent driver ended up pulling into the grass and getting the limousine stuck. We ended up calling other wedding guests at the church to come pick us up, and I was 45 minutes late to my wedding. What was supposed to be a full blown mass had to be cut short because the priest and musician had other obligations (which I understand, but I wanted to include to explain how this driver affected my wedding). I asked my husband to call and inquire about a partial refund, and they said the limo driver blamed me. According to him, I had told him he had to pull in a certain way for pictures, which is a complete lie because our photographer had left before the limo driver even arrived to take pictures at the church with the groomsmen. Then the company said it was not charging us for the extra hour we used the shuttle bus, which is all well and good, but the reason we needed the extra hour in the first place was because their limousine driver's incompetence was the cause for me being late and needing the shuttle bus an extra hour. In short, I don't know who that limousine driver was, but he shouldn't be driving limousines if he doesn't know how to properly manuever them. And his lies to cover himself have only added to my frustrations. I want to reiterate that the shuttle driver who brought the groomsmen to the church and then brought the bridal party to the reception was great, and our other shuttle bus we used went smoothly. But it is unacceptable to have a limo driver who is not able to properly drive a limo. It is extremely aggravating to find out the limo driver blamed me for his inability to drive a limo properly. And that is why I am leaving this review.
