  I’ve used USA Storage for approximately 2 years and had a great experience. The entire process was smooth from start to finish - no issues at all. I was very satisfied that it was close to the university and is a proud supporter of the Jaquars. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access whenever I needed. Steven’s customer service was helpful and professional whenever I had a question. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for reliable storage!

  My wife and I are in the process of relocating our belongings to USA Storage. We are doing so, in part, because it is less than 5 minutes from our home. Other reviews have nicely described the facility. An added bonus for us has been their manager, Steven Tillis. A number of weeks ago, we inquired as to vacant units but their were none. Steven took our information and promised to call when something became available. This past weekend he did so. When we stopped at his office, he had the needed paperwork ready for our signatures. He then took us to unit and explained everything we needed to know to make our move in easier. He was polite, friendly and well spoken. What more could ask.
