- ADAshley DFeb 9, 20231.0Hurricane Ian destroyed our house, and we explained that to USA security when they called about an error code. I told them to cancel service, as their alarm system was inoperable due to water damage and the lack of electricity. They continued to charge our credit card on file for 5 more months. We are opening a dispute with the credit card company. Some pretentious guy who signs his letter “Chairman of the Board” apparently wants to take advantage of victims of tragedy. It’s a sad day when unscrupulous people perform such acts.
