The girls in the office did a fantastic job when we picked up! Especially the girl out side making sure everything was good and that we hooked up safely! Trailer was built exactly how I ordered only with one small hick up on the rim color but the outside girl had them swapped in 10 minutes. I would definitely order another trailer from them if I’m in need of another cargo trailer in the future and take the road trip to pick it up. Trailer pulled great home on the 900 mile journey and held up perfect. This was a huge upgrade for my business! Thanks a lot USA Cargo Trailers!

Extremely rude talking with the sales department and I called, emailed and left messages and I couldn't get anyone to follow up. Instead I would recommend the company Reedy Branch Equipment. They processed our transaction on Friday and we had the trailer delivered on Tuesday. They were very quick to email me back and provide any information to my question.
