One of the hardest nights of our lives was made so smooth and easy. All of the vet techs and the vet were so kind and so welcoming. They treated our baby with such kindness and love. We have been there multiple times as getting there can be easier for us than getting into our vet when it's more of an urgent matter with our schedules. We were given choices as to what would best suit our situation and our wallet based on the whole life of our animals, not just this specific situation. Dr. Bruce is very kind, knowledgeable and genuinely cares for your animals. She takes the time to listen to the full medical history of your pet to help form a plan to get them feeling better. All of the techs we have seen have been wonderful as well!! Highly recommend!!
- GGGenna GilesOct 16, 20255.0the whole staff at this clinic is amazing! i was in tears when i initially brought my kitten here because i was so worried about him, but the vet techs and the veterinarian that helped treat him did an amazing job at explaining the care they delivered throughout our visit and reassuring me that i made the right decision to seek urgent care. i appreciated the open communication the team provided regarding my cat’s condition and collaborating with them to determine a treatment plan that meets my budget and meets my pet’s immediate needs until we can continue the care plan with our established vet. my pet and i felt so safe in their care, i am so thankful for everyone at urgent paws!
