  Amazing experience. I called with a price point for a sympathy arrangement. They worked with me, listened to my colour scheme and made an incredibly gorgeous arrangement that was waiting for me promptly when I picked up. Thank you

  We do not have professional photos yet but I can’t wait any longer to say thank you to Lori & the Urban Orchid team for their beautiful bouquets and florals at my daughters wedding on October 11th. They were able to take my daughter’s ideas and bring them to life! Just absolutely stunning. So many people wanted to know where the flowers came from! From the moment we sat down with Lori, my daughter & I connected with her and we loved her ideas creativity and energy. Thank you so much. You are all amazing!

  I cannot rate Urban Orchid highly enough. I wish there was an option for 10 stars! From my first connection with Laurie until verification of receipt of the arrangement, I felt I was in very competent, caring hands. As i was out-of-town and needed a funeral arrangement for a dear family member in short order, Laurie was a godsend. She walked me through my options, had terrific suggestions (and texted photos!), helped me write the condolence card (since I was in tears) and even suggested a modest price range! Most importantly: the arrangement was breathtaking much appreciated and very artistic. I could not be more delighted. Run, don't walk to Urban Orchid!
