  We absolutely love our 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. The rooms are spacious, the views are fantastic, and everything still feels brand new. It’s an easy walk to downtown Victoria, with Save-On-Foods and the Market on Yates just around the corner—super convenient. Nathan, the building manager, is friendly, reasonable, and genuinely helpful. He does a great job keeping things running smoothly.

  I've been living in this building since September 2024, and it’s been a great experience. The maintenance team does an excellent job keeping the property clean and well-maintained. The location is another big plus: it’s right by shops, amenities, and public transit, which makes daily life incredibly convenient. Nathan, the property manager, is always friendly, approachable, and responsive. Anytime I have had a question or needed assistance, he’s been quick to help and always professional. The unit itself is spacious and modern. The building also has a welcoming vibe, with friendly neighbors and a very pet-friendly atmosphere. My favorite part? Meeting all the adorable dogs at the elevator!

  My husband and I moved into Urban Edge Heights B in August 2024, and we’ve absolutely loved living here. We were actually the first residents in our apartment, so everything was brand new, clean, and modern when we moved in—which made settling in even more enjoyable. The building has been peaceful and quiet, with friendly neighbors and a very pet-friendly environment.The location at 1088 Johnson Street is also super convenient—close to transit, shops, and great spots for walking. One of the best parts has been the management. Nathan has been incredibly helpful and responsive since day one. Anytime we've had a question or needed anything, he's been quick to assist and always professional. We feel really lucky to have found a home that’s comfortable, safe, and well-managed. Highly recommend Urban Edge Heights B to anyone looking for a great place to live!
