  I received my key to my apartment on July 1 and finished moving in on July 20th. My apartment is so much more than I had hoped for and the management team were beyond helpful in making my dream come true. Maidee helped me get my application in and followed up to ensure a smooth experience and Nathan deserves a medal of honour for his calm and helpful facilitation of my moving day with recalcitrant movers and a distraught tenant. I love everything about my new home from the cleaning staff to my neighbors and administration staff. The only thing better is my actual apartment which is everything I ever wanted.

  I had a great experience of assistance with Maidee. Booking appointments were also easy via their website. They were professional and responsive, and I truly appreciated their assistance.

  “Love living here! Right in downtown—close to everything: coffee shops, shopping, and work is just a short walk away. Management is helpful, parking and security are solid, and the community feels really good. Super convenient and comfortable place to live!”

  I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. As a first-time apartment renter, I was quite nervous about the whole process, but the building manager, N. Valenzuela, made everything incredibly easy and smooth. N. Valenzuela's professionalism and helpfulness truly stand out, and I felt supported every step of the way. The quality of the apartment is fantastic – well-maintained, clean, and with all the amenities I could need. Additionally, the community here is wonderful. Everyone I’ve met so far has been friendly and respectful, making it a great place to live. I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a new home!
