  What a pleasant experience ever! When I reached out to him, I was so stressed out but he took time to listen to my concerns and point me in the right direction. If you are looking for a public adjuster who is going to be transparent, understanding and responsive then Ed is your guy. He is going to get things done, answer your questions and point you in the right direction. He is truly one of the good guys.

  Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave him a call this morning because insurance denied my claim. He advised me on what my options were and even though it probably won’t get anywhere on this one he took the time to explain what my options were and was more then willing to help. Very great service.

  Ed was amazing — direct, personable, and professional. He helped me with an insurance problem when no one else would. My insurance company was completely stonewalling me. They not only wouldn’t return my calls or emails, but wouldn’t follow through with what they said they would do. Aside from being fantastic at what he does, I really liked him personally. He’s a great guy, and I was very happy with my resolution. I learned from this experience to contact a public adjuster from the start.
