I was recruited to work UIGUS Medicare Advantage appointments during the last AEP; however, I did not receive any appointments during AEP. Part of the last mail back leads post AEP, told me my supervisor had been there the week before and already helped them. I started my quest for my release in June when the company announced that we were being transferred to a new company, affiliated with UIGUS. After several attempts to gain more information without success, I requested a release from UIGUS to go with a local agency. I was promised that my release would be handled promptly; however, it is late August, and I still have not received any release of my appointments.
