Brought my son in for a cut on his lip. He received two stitches that fell out within three hours. I’ve called and spoken with someone three different times about the situation as well as the bill for services that were not performed satisfactorily, but have yet to receive a call back from the “right” person to assist. I’ve learned my lesson and will never go to urgent care for a facial wound again. Also won’t be returning to this location. Editing to add that I sent an email, as instructed below, but have yet to receive a response over the course of 3 full business days. I'll update the review if a response is received.

Don't come if you think you'll need an X-ray. 2/2 days we came here they couldn't perform x-ray and we had to be referred elsewhere. Nothing stands out about customer service here. Will look elsewhere for our next urgent care visit.

This place is total trash. I have my primary care through UMMS so I thought this would be a great place to go. Couldn't have been more wrong. They told me they have their own system and no way to access any of my medical records with my primary care provider. Yay University of Maryland confederacy! I tried to work with that, but the problems kept snowballing. So I was passing a kidney stone and just needed some type of pain medication (which they would've seen I had one if they could see my patient records). The staff treated me with suspect as if I was a junkie looking to score a hit. They required X-rays, urine samples, and some other tests to prove I had the 4mm stone in my right kidney. Finally, after an hour of playing their games, I was prescribed OVER THE COUNTER ASPIRIN. The lack of compassion, unprofessionalism, and indifference toward my situation was striking. I will only ever go to Patient First.
