  Needed a new bathroom light and had heard good things about University lights. We were greeted by Kevin who provided excellent service to us. We told him what we were looking for and we're shown several options. We didn't end up purchasing at this time and still considering what we want to do. But I would definitely recommend these guys.

  I went into University Lights for a simple lamp repair and left completely impressed by the experience. While browsing, I was captivated by the store’s unique and plentiful selection of light fixtures — truly something for every taste. One particular piece caught my eye: a stunning white ceiling fan with an alabaster light globe that had just been hung over the desk. It was love at first sight! The staff was genuinely excited for me and incredibly helpful from the moment I showed interest. I ended up ordering the fan, and although the delivery was delayed due to weather, I was kept updated daily — yes, daily — which made all the difference. The team’s friendliness, professionalism, and real enthusiasm for what they do made this the ideal shopping experience. Now that the fan is installed, I can honestly say I love it. It’s a showstopper and works beautifully. University Lights has earned my highest recommendation — not only for their top-tier products but for offering the best customer service I’ve had in years.

  I'm a repeat customer of University Lights. Purchased many minka air fans from them. Highly recommended. Their staff are very helpful. They sell excellent products, not home depot level trash. Also get to support a local family owned business.

  Kirk Chandler was super helpful in helping us select lighting and fans for our new condo. Everything he said would happen did - and exactly when it was supposed to. An excellent experience all around!
