  It’s nice to have a provider with a home store where they are happy to help and quick to resolve issues. Their service has been a real blessing to us in how rural we are. The issues have been few and far between, but they have always been quick to help - even well after hours. (That doesn’t mean we should bombard them late :) ) I made the switch to Universal after a few let downs, so it’s really been a breath of fresh air.

  I use them for rural internet services and they are spot on. Very friendly and the staff is very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs satellite service and rural internet services. This is an addition to my original review. After a year, ATT blacklisted several devices including my 2. After purchasing 2 of US devices and 5 days later, I still don’t have internet access. It’s not their fault. It’s ATT. The staff at US is excellent and they go beyond their expectations. However ATT should revamp all of their services. I’m really tired of this. Starlink isn’t available, nothing else is available. Us Rural people are on our own.
