  I’ve made several orders from universal rock and I’ve never been disappointed. The rocks look absolutely natural and could not possibly be told by anyone not to be the real thing. The best thing about them is they’re easy to move, and Do not take up a great deal of water volume Since they are hollow. I will continue to do business with universal rock in the future!

  Folks at Universal Rocks were very kind as I asked tons of questions about their product. Hands down the most money I have ever spent on hardscape but also the nicest finished install I have ever had. I look forward to everything maturing over time with this lovely faux rock setting the stage!

  They called me multiple times to make sure I ordered the right product. Great customer service. The back was folded when shipped so I had to set it in the sun with a heavy book on it to get it straight.

  Purchased the crevice background for a 5 foot tank. Needed fast turnaround because a prior tank leaked and we had some expensive fish in buckets and universal rocks was fantastic. turned it around in three or four days. customer service was awesome. The fit was perfect. We wanted a natural looking background for a South American environment, and it worked perfect in this heavily planted tank
