We had one when we first moved in and were concerned it had come back… Jimmy came out and he did a full assessment. He was efficient and professional and we were so happy to find out the raccoon had not come back. There was a previous stain coming through the ceiling and he told us how to handle it! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who has any concerns!

After six months and little to no change, we canceled our service because they tried to charge a new service fee, when original problem as not been resolved. As well as service reports detailing work that was not actually done. After sending cancelation email, (the woman would not except over the phone cancelation) we received a call offering the service same day and free of charge

Since we were painting the exterior of the property, Brandon recommended we waited for the painting job to be completed before doing the pest control treatment. After the painting job was completed, I emailed Brandon to schedule the treatment. He never got back to me. Since then, I have called his office to schedule the service and was told they will let him know to contact me. He never did.
