  I enjoyed my facial twice so much with Katherine. She was very light with her hands and extremely polite and kind hearted with a care and recommendations. The atmosphere was very pleasing and relaxing. Nice frequencies all around and I come all the time. Thank you Katherine for taking your time with my skin and providing exceptional service through the beauty academy. Keep up the work proud of all the ladies and students in attendance 🙏🏾👐🏾😇 👍🏾

  I love coming here to get my hair done. Prior to being serviced a prayer is recited over the students and clients. Salon is very clean and I love the music that they play. Khalijah did my hair today. I got a shampoo, condition, blow dry and flat iron with a bump at the end of my hair. She did an excellent job. I will definitely be back.

  I have visited the Esthetics part of this school and have had 3 different types of facials with Cheyenne! I am very pleased and have referred multiple people to her for their facial needs! She also does waxing and brow tenting! She is very good at what she does!!!! I recommend you give her a try! I am never disappointed with her!!!! Thank you Universal for teaching this wonderful student! She is a great reflection of this schools teachings.

  Because I knew troyona family from belize I was best friends with her grandmother . She did my hair at universal so good and I was happy to come back and get my hair done by My child hood friend Granddaughter. P.s cynthia flowers

  Run away from this place. They ruined my natural hair and did not care. It didn't look very good when I left the place but it only got worse. The style was awful so I decided to just wash my hair and go back to my normal style but the entire front of my hair stayed straight. When I went back to complain they said just wash and condition it. They did not offer any type of fix or solution. They just shrugged their shoulders and walked off. It has now been 3 months since I walked into this place. I have tried conditioning, washing, etc. and my hair has been ruined!! It will not go back to its normal natural state. smh
