  On October 9,2025 my husband needed some tow assistance to get in out of the ditch on an inclined dirt road.He called United Towing. They came out in a timely matter but that was just the beginning of my problems. The tow truck driver attached his chains to my husband’s tire rod on his semi. He told my husband to turn his wheel and he could not. So,the driver attached his chains to another part of the truck. Which so happened to be the tire rod. When he got home he noticed his front driver tire was damaged. We just purchased this tire 3 weeks ago. When we went to the tire shop to get tire replaced. He was informed that the tire rod was bent and this is what caused the damage to tire. He called this company to inform them of what he was told. He spoke to a woman and explained to her what he was just told by the tire technician. She advised us that she would get with the owner. I sent this company an email with pictures. I asked them how we could make this right. Well,it’s been over a week with no response. No phone call,no email or anything concerning this matter. I will be reporting this company to the BBB(Better Business Bureau). Because this is bad business and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. They damage your lively hood and take no responsibility for what they did. I have been down for a week making no income to support my family. The old saying goes. If your tires ain’t turning you ain’t earning. I had to get my truck fixed out of my own pocket. An expense we CANNOT afford. My wife is sickly and recently had her leg amputated so I am the ONLY bread maker. This damage came at the wrong time. Between the towing fee,replaced tire rod and labor plus a new tire. I spent over $2000.00. Money I did NOT have since I am just getting back to work after 2 months of staying home with my wife. Good luck with your business!!!!

  Yesterday my car broke down in the middle of Jones Bridge Rd & I greatly appreciate being referring to United Towing! The office staff of United Towing were kind & understanding & helped me stay calm. Adam arrived in a timely fashion (in his nice, clean, & smooth running truck!), & within minutes he delivered me & my car to CBA. Today the car needed to be towed for warranty work &, once again, the office staff at United Towing were efficient, kind, & made sure to be contact me so I could with my car while it towed. Adam arrived right on time. An awesome driver with mad skills, I was very impressed with how he manuevered through the Rick Case lot! Well done United Towing!

  Fred was absolutely amazing! The company got a tow out so quick after I call to have my car brought to the mechanics shop after (what I assume) the alternator died and car was just stuck at an Autozone parking lot. We lucked out cause Fred happened to already he close and made it 15 minutes after I called. He was incredible, very friendly, and worked real hard to get us all hooked up and hauled over. Pricing was VERY affordable, I was very shocked when we told me the total was as low as it winded up being compared to other quotes I got as I was calling around. HIGHLY recommend this towing company if you're ever in need of one! Thank you for everything, Fred!!!! You made my day!
