Patrick was the man, he arrived early, had everything set up before our 9:30 AM appointment, and even called ahead to let me know he was on the way. The entire rental and delivery process was seamless, communication was excellent, and the service was top-notch. I’ll definitely be using United Rentals again for future construction and trench safety needs. 5 star service.
