He delivered 2 porta potties with sinks to our location, on the date expected. He set them both up, and then let me know that he was not satisfied with the cleanliness and quality of the units he delivered. He said he cares about customer satisfaction, and that these units were not up to his standards. I hadn't even seen the units at this time, but when I looked, I saw what he meant. They would have been fine for a construction site, but not for a 300 person ticketed event. I didn't even have to ask, but he showed up the next morning, removed the dirty potties and replaced them with 2 brand new units that had never been used! They were sparkling clean, and perfect for our event. Thank you, Mark Lee and United Rentals for providing excellent service. Don't hesitate to rent from this company, because they stand behind the quality of their products and they care about customer satisfaction.
