He displayed a strong customer satisfaction skill set by taking the time out of his day to help me find the proper 4 pin to female connector for my truck to have proper safety running lights for the journey home. Thanks to Cowboys customer-centric approach, I was able to pick up and transport the trailer without any issues. Thanks for the suggestion to take 78 home until I get used to the weight of driving with something like that 1st. Taking 26 at highway speeds would have been a nightmare for me. I dont live in Charleston but if I did, I know what equipment rental company I would choose, hands down.
