- PJPatrick JSep 3, 20251.0If I could give a zero rating I would, I would not use this company, I reserved a wood splitter for Friday August 29th, the office called because the unit needed to be fixed, and was unavailable. I received a call today Sept 3 that it was available. I declined due my schedule. I was checking my credit card online and found out the company charged me 198.00 dollars on my card Sept 2. I would never use this company I personally cannot trust them with my credit card number. They have apologized and is in process of returning the funds. If I was not checking my card I may have missed this charge . I do not recommend this company to anyone and if you do use them be very careful of your credit card and check it after .

They booked me for a chipper (two weeks ago) for pick up tomorrow and called me the day before the scheduled pick up date (today) to tell me that another client is keeping it for another week or so. I have a crew ready to do work and now I am stuck finding alternatives. I never leave reviews and I think it is worthwhile letting everyone know that if you book anything, you may or may not get it at the scheduled time. The rule is to always call your customer with a solution not a problem.
