- VCVeronica CoKoSep 29, 20251.0If I could give this company 5 negative stars for service thats exactly what they would receive. I normal love to give 5 stars for service. However this was a horrible experience from start to finish. My company asked for two machines with thumbs. They brought a smooth small bucket with no thumbs, the other one small bucket with small teeth and no thumb as well. Which it put the contractor waaaaay behind schedule!!! Which was extra money in room and boarding. They kept telling lies that they would keep trying to find another machine that was requested with the thumbs. Then once it got close to the deadline we requested a bigger machine to get back on schedule. Again they lied and said that they would find one. We went past the deadline and I now they charged an extra $2,000 cause we needed the machine an extra day and half (2 Days) from their lies and mistakes. This is the last time I will deal with this company and I will tell other contractors about how they conduct business as well. We was doing an out of town job thinking this would be better than bring our own machines so far out. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! ~Texarkana Ar Location~
