I wasn't quoted a price and like an idiot assumed I was getting a national price, my bad. I said they can have it back immediately when I saw the bill. The sales said it was because they were union. - DGDave GarabedianMar 3, 20231.0Would not recommend to anyone. Rented a lift had a few issues caused us to work after hours. Called to have them pick the lift up because we finished after hours. The charge was $218 to pick it up and the lift is 2,218 feet away from their yard and can see the jobsite from the corner of their property. We use Rental Max, Sun Belt and Chets Rental and never pay over $150 for pick up or delivery. When there is an issue they take care of it always. Rental Max, Sun Belt and Chets Rental have also discounted the pick up rates when so close. When I called in the issues we were having with the lift, United had no resolution to my problem until I had to hound them to give me an answer. When a customer has an issue you respond "I will take care of it" don't beat around the bush and waste my time.
