He cut us of while making a left-hand turn, tried to whip around the car infront of us and when he realized he didn't have the room tried to whip out in front of us before checking. When he did get behind us, he sat on our bumper the whole way. Not the type of person you want driving a vehicle representing your business.

The employee had to go home and pick the ladder up. We had to wait for them. WE NOW HAVE to pay for the down time per hour of the installers that were waiting on site for the ladders. Not a great experience at all.

We reserved the unit 2 and a half weeks in advance, and planned our whole home project around that date, just to have them tell us they "didn't know" where it was, and that we could "come back next weekend" to pick it up. We rented from Knechts Home Center instead, and they were cheaper anyways. Definitely think twice before using United.
