- LALeila AminaNov 11, 20241.0I've been trying to get a hold of the lady in corporate I spoke to about getting your package that was sent to me accidentally back to you but every time I call the person who answers in incredibly rude, keeps saying there's nothing he can do, refuses to tell me name or title and basically told me the package doesn't matter, it's not his problem and can't direct me as to how to get this resolved. Ups refused to take the package I still have it.

You don’t even have to have a need for equipment, just go by there and they will climb over the counter to make sure you know that you’re appreciated as a potential customer.
