After 2 hrs of work the left track came off and I had to call the service for repair and also requested a digging bucket instead of grading that was provided. Mechanic showed up two hours after phone call (late afternoon on Friday) Man! that guy deserves a raise for his service and bringing the right bucket. After few hours of work same problem again! Phone call again. They just offered replacement this time of the equipment because of the repeat, same problem. Two days later better equipment was delivered again, this time we no problem and we were able to finish our project. Excellent customer service, from delivery driver, to mechanic, to help with the problem. Definitely Im renting again from you guys... Thanks
