With patience and trying to think maybe Sarah is busy but no after two phone calls and her inconsistent answers to being able to rent or not rent. First call okay let me check it out and give you a call back we get around to getting our materials rebar etc that should be more than enough time! not to mention it’s a 15x80 of rebar material… calls back again and I get oh yeah let me go out there and check I have not be able to go out side I’ll call you right back. No calls back no customer service at all. We show up and she’s just sitting inside talking. My husband goes in and ask are you Sarah I was on the phone with you for a rental. Her response was Oh yeah let me go out there and check. These kind of work ethic people can change our whole day do better Sarah. I can understand if it was busy smh it looked shut down! Now on the phone with some one who double checks while on the phone. How sad I’m sure the equipment was great!
