- PGPatrick GuggerJun 16, 20251.0Unfortunately over the past few months of driving past United Rentals daily for my commute to work, I’ve had on multiple occasions where loaded 18 wheelers have pulled out in front of me. Todays instance, I was the only car in sight, and instead of letting me pass safely then having plenty of time to pull out, I was once again pulled out in front of having to slow down/almost stop on the highway. After multiple occasions of this, I think it’s clear they have no care for other people’s safety but only their timeline. I spoke with Richard this morning, hopefully something changes, he’s not highly reviewed on here either. I’m sure I’m not the only one this happens to as well. Be safe driving by this location.
- DRDonna RobersonMay 24, 20211.0Excavator blew a hydraulic line after 6 hours of use day 1. Next day, after repair, machine quit due to a fuel tank leak. Had arranged dumpsters to rotate out while we cleared our lot. We wanted/paid for the machine for a week, but since it wouldn't work, we had to have it picked up. They charged us an insane amount for about 11 hours of use. If you use this business, expect to pay out the nose for equipment that doesn't work. Will not use again.
