My only options, despite having returned the item, was to rent it for another day or have my outstanding $19.49 go to collections and never be able to rent from them again. Suffice to say I won't be renting from them again.

I was quoted one price on the phone and a different price in person. The staff were rude and unhelpful. I will not be returning as Kingston has a number of superior rental locations.
