- PPPaulaSep 23, 20251.0Rented equipment from them for a short period and asked for them to remove it 2 weeks ago since we’re finished. It’s STILL onsite as of today. The incompetent guy on the phone keeps lying every time we call and saying that they will come remove it today. We’ve called multiple times, and somehow no one has come to pick it up. We’ve explained that we are not onsite so we can’t pick it up ourselves. We were billed for the removal and delivery. For some reason, no one from the branch wants to remove the equipment. The worst part is the guy we keep talking to is giving me an attitude and being nasty, when all we are asking for is a ETA on when the equipment is going to be picked up! Stop lying and telling us you’re going to remove the equipment that day when it’s been 2 weeks of you saying that and clearly no one is removing it. We called the removal in TWO weeks ago. How ridiculous. This branch is unbelievably slow and useless. How are you still in business???
