In the past, I tried to rent the same equipment at Sunbelt Rentals, and their customer service was awful, to say the least, so I chose not to do any business with them. I was impressed with the service I received when I contacted United Rentals and spoke with Alex. Delivery was made on time, and the equipment worked perfectly. I was able to do the job seamlessly. Then the equipment was picked up when it was expected to be picked up. Payment and invoicing were easy to process. I was able to email Alex questions and received responses very fast. I will be renting a bobcat for a week, a couple more times this summer, and I will only work with United Rentals and 100% want to rent from Alex again.
