  the girl secretary was very nice, took all my information. and transfer it to a guy name Greg, he was suppose to call me within an hour, however he called after 4 hours. no issues there, how ever we spoke for 15 min and i said i would be happy for them to come and check the sprinklers system in our building, and he said no problem to send him the address in text message and that the next day in the morning someone will be there, he didn't specify a time, in the next morning around 11 am , i text him said if they are going to arrive soon? he called and said he don't know who it is, he doesn't have us for the checking for that day, and the guy latterly didn't remember i talked to him the day before at 5 pm. i meant from 5 pm to 11 am in the morning should be that hard to remember, in addition he said he doesn't have my info and i have the text messages of him replying to and say they will be there in the morning, and way he kept give me excuses and i just cancel the service. they looked like reliable company but honestly i don't like people wasting my time.
