  Took a tractor to drop off for repair, Service Manager and Mechanic walked out and told me they could fix it while it was still on the trailer. Very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous!! They had me back on the road and tractor ready in 15 minutes!! Highly recommend!!!

  The sales team has been great but the centralized field service is a joke. Had a machine down for 6 days before they could tell me when they were coming to look at it. If you need service I would go anywhere but here
