  We used them to fix our ZTR and they took two weeks to even look at it. Then another week to get it fixed. Then we get it home and start to mow and the oil lid wasn’t screwed on! Just set on top so every bit of the oil was spilled out. Now we have to stop what we’re doing to go purchase more oil. Also when we went to pick it up, they tried to tell us they didn’t have one with our last name! We had already paid for it so they pulled our ticket and put it away instead of keeping it at the front until we picked up.
