Writing 2nd review since first review was taken down I’m currently having fuel issues with the sending unit Kylie eustace fails to understand that there are parts not working. Instead of checking my machine they called me to know it needs 2400 dollars in maintenance. That it needs new blades for the brush hog, who replaces blades as soon as mowing season stops? I bought the wrong machine Kubota is much nicer to customers and gets you taken care of under warranty. I will never buy a John Deere tractor again and definitely not from this store Sales team, parts department and everyone else is great just like any machinery dealer. But when you have a service department failing to warranty parts. And charging 475$ to tell you nothing is wrong. As you can see on the receipt there is no info on what they found wrong with my machine

Great parts people. I needed some parts, they got them quickly and correspondence was first class. Will use again.

Yall go in and see Eric Clark best salesman ever went in with my 73yo mom told him what we wanted pointed us in the right direction. He didn’t try to upsell me or get me something I didn’t need. Absolutely amazing customer service! Would definitely suggest going to see him

Nearly $700 for just an engine oil change in my 4 series tractor seems incredibly high and they would not give me an estimate when I initially called because it was not possible to estimate the labor hours for some reason. It wasn’t until they had my tractor in the shop and they were beginning the work that they called with the total cost. They did come down on the cost a little bit over the phone but I would highly recommend pushing hard for an initial cost estimate prior to scheduling the service. I paid a hauling fee on top of the engine oil cost, but at least that cost was reasonable. They did the service in a timely manner.
