I have bought lawn mower parts there on many occasions the past 10 years and transaction with the parts department, has been fantastic.
They usually would have what I need for my X-320, but if it had to be ordered they would do so immediately and always call me very promptly and even text when it came in. But in Early July I brought in 2 of my Stihl lawn equipment in for service, got a phone call about how expensive it's going to be, which I thought was very absurd on price to have tune-ups done but I said go ahead and do it I need the equipment ASAP... That was over a month ago,...
Last night I was upset, been out of town working and no response about my blower or pole saw.
So I go to Google reviews left a unhappy review and bam I get a response from management.
I called the number they provided and when I tell you they exceeded my expectations I'm thrilled. It's not very often that someone in management is apologetic, admitted to the mistake, and did things to make the situation better.
I went in today and picked up my equipment fired it up when I got home did the task I've been needing to do for a month and happy they made it right. I am sure there will be a meeting next week on why two pieces of equipment that needed just a tune-up took this long. I kind of feel guilty about leaving a bad review but it got a response immediately and now I have gone back and changed this entire review to something positive.
Like I said before, the parts department has always been top-notch and this was the first time I took power equipment in for service as they are a Stihl power equipment dealer.
All I can say is thank you to management for a fast response, and working with me to make the situation right.
You have kept a customer.

I purchased my z530r from Stacy Edmondson and the customer service was great she took care of every need I had and made sure my lawn mower was took care of and accessorized the way I wanted it when I showed up to pick it up she went out and washed it herself went above and beyond the price she gave me on the phone was the exact price I got in store I will definitely be back for business with them whenever I need something.

I bought a new 5100e in June of 24 the tractor had all kinds of problems with it mainly the transmission it’s been in the shop in Texarkana weeks at a time with them working on it. John Deere has ran all kinds of test on the tractor and determined after replacing all external parts and putting a pump in the transmission that it needs a transmission so they ordered a replacement and when it came in it was the wrong one now they ordered another one 3 weeks ago and now my tractor has been at United Ag and turf in Texarkana Texas for OVER 3 MONTHS and they still don’t know anything about where or when they will get a transmission. NO ONE WILL TALK TO ME ABOUT IT CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS YOU CANNOT TALK TO ANYONE BUT ME. THE MANAGER OVER UNITED AG TOLD ME I CAN SWAP THE TRACTOR THAT HAS LESS THAN 200 hrs HE WOULD SWAP WITH ME FOR $19,000 THEY HAVE COST ME MULTIPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS BECAUSE I DONT HAVE A TRACTOR. ITS TIME FOR A JUDGE TO MAKE A DECISION !!! IM TOTALLY SICK OF UNITED AG AND TRUF AND JOHN DEERE
