Terrible service, wrong diagnosis and couldn't fix my mower. I had to call Monticello John Deere who gave me the # of a repair man in Warren who fixed it . These clowns were gonna want to put a new deck but gave me a name of a machine shop in Magnolia that would fix the deck l had . It wasn't even my deck , it was a front tire fork. I will never spend another cent there.
