  I’ve been a loyal John Deere customer and appreciate the quality of your tractors. However, my experience with warranty service for my zero-turn riding lawn mover has been frustrating. When I contacted the service center about an issue covered under warranty, my tractor was not inspected and no assistance was provided. This has left me without a working tractor when I most needed it. I am disappointed, as I purchased this tractor with the expectation that the warranty would be honored. I hope John Deere will look into this matter and ensure that warranty services are handled promptly in the future.

  This is my second experience with United AG and Turf’s service department in Ennis, TX. Both times they were very professional and completed the requested repairs as quickly as possible. The latest repair was far more involved than the first one so it took longer but I am confident that they did a thorough job in fixing a number of serious issues with my JD 2210 compact tractor. Everyone I dealt with on the phone and in person were friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

  My husband and I had a pleasant purchasing experience with Justin Nabors. We walked in looking to buy our first sit down lawn mower. The store was clean and well organized. We had already visited other stores and looked at different brands. Home Depot and Lowe’s have the same model. Ultimately we decided to go with a John Deere at United Ag and Turf because of the service they provide. You will simply not get this at Home Depot or Lowe’s. Justin answered all of our questions, Was very knowledgeable and provided great customer service. We will definitely be coming back for any of our future needs.

  This is a fantastic place to have your John Deere mower or tractor repaired. I took mine in and got a first hand look at what it needed and they did a super professional job. I highly recommend United Ag & Turf Garrett, Texas
