  Service was like watching molasses slowly go up hill did i say it was slow? ABSOLUTELY!! however the lady was really nice but i did have to tell her how to look up the part i needed oh my.🙄🙄

  It's really a toss up as to who gives worse customer service--John Deere or AG Power! We bought an $8,000 John Deere machine from AG Power (after having countless problems with a smaller, less expensive model we'd had only a short time). Within a couple of months (after the refund period had passed), we were having problems with the new machine! We called AG Power and their attitude was basically, "We can't find anything wrong." We called John Deere and their attitude was basically, "Well, AG Power said they couldn't find anything wrong. I don't know what else to tell you." So much for that warranty. Beware! Once they seal the deal and the refund period has passed, this is the way you'll be treated. Go elsewhere, for both a better machine brand and a better retailer!
