  Emily at the counter has no customer service!!! Very short with people!!! I will not be using her again I will wait in Tanner next time. Every time I’ve came in and dealt with him it’s been a good experience. If I had to deal with her every-time I wouldn’t come back!!!!!!!

  I bought a trailer from this location. I really appreciated Jared and his willingness to go through all the options of financing. All questions were answered and I feel like I knew exactly the product I was getting. The staff in the store were also very kind. There wasn't anyone who didn't pass me that didn't greet me and ask me how my day was going. I will definitely be coming back!

  3rd update: if i could give 0 stars i would. How sad my original review was 5/5 stars. ANYWAY we never saw a reimbursement of our last payment like we were promised (didnt think we would), and then we were contacted by John Deere saying we owe them money or the equipment (that we don't have that UAG took!). We've asked Chris and United AG to fix this on their end with John Deere several times over several months, and just today got a collections letter from JD. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. at this point we'll be entertaining legal recourse in small claims court. 2nd review: I'm updating my review to say that United AG has really gone down hill since Todd left. We sold back our tractor after leaving the poultry business and we were promised x amount by Chris Ray at sale and x amount a month later. We never saw the x amount a month later. We recently just sold back more equipment and have been waiting 2+ months for John Deere and United AG to reimburse our last payment as promised. Probably won't see that money either. Too bad, place used to be great. Original review: Todd Miller is great, he helped us trade in our first tractor (also from united AG) and the process went smoothly. Their service department is also helpful and accommodating.

  Terrible parts service, they want you to look up your own part and tell them the part number. Won't call you back. I appreciate my red tractors even more now, and PTI for their friendly customer service.
