All the techs are good and they are a well organized firm. I recommend getting the red bow plan so you get priority response if any issue comes up.

I’d say the price range fell in the middle of other estimates I received, but with rebates and tax credits that Dante informed us of, the price fell closer to the lower ones. Mike Viola was here with the installation team shortly after and left the indoor units in convenient places. The lines running the refrigerant look nice and are the least disruptive they could be to the exterior. I highly recommend them.
