  Caroline our home rep and Matt our builder made our first time home buying experience an absolute pleasure. It all started with Caroline. From the minute my family and I walked into the model home she was professional, sweet, genuine, and ready to do what was needed to make a deal. We were actually working with another builder and home rep, however, the UnionMain Home was stunning and they were extremely generous with the incentives they were offering. As we walked the model home Caroline stayed with our 3 kids in the play room and was reading to them. She allowed us space to enjoy the home and it meant a lot as we had been looking at homes all day. We said our goodbyes and as we were walking out Caroline gave our kids books as keepsakes. This was really thoughtful and her hospitality was incomparable. She really left a mark. We went, had lunch, and couldn't get this home out of our mind. We knew we wanted to see it once more before we put an offer in. Caroline had a code set up for us and while there was some trouble getting in due to the home rep next door, she drove back and personally let us into the home. As I had mentioned it was a long day and while we were deciding whether to put our earnest money down or not, Caroline brought my family and I Dairy Queen as a sweet treat :,) She really went out of her way and we really appreciated this! We decided to put in an offer and throughout the entire negotiation, contract, and closing process Caroline was extremely responsive and tended to our every need! Caroline was one of the main contributors in our decision to purchase from UnionMain vs. the builder next door. The builder rep next door was trashing Union Main and our potential new house and was doing some shady things. Caroline never let that get to her. She maintained being professional, hospitable, and was more than willing to ensure that my family and I felt confident in our home buying journey. She even purchased our 3rd party inspection. WOW. I cannot recommend her enough and we're so grateful for her. She even stopped by and purchased us a closing gift? Seriously so thoughtful and lovely! Thank you Caroline! Now to Matt! He is all about the customer and really makes sure that we feel good about the home and is passionate about making it as perfect as possible for us. He's responsive and takes his job seriously. We are so appreciative for him as we are still working close to him as we move into our new home!

  We recently purchased our new home from UnionMain Homes, and the entire experience was nothing short of excellent. From the first walkthrough to closing, everything was incredibly smooth and well-organized. Justin, our sales agent, was absolutely fantastic. He was patient, informative, and always quick to respond to any questions we had. He made sure we felt confident and informed throughout the entire process. Matt, our builder, was equally impressive. He was professional, detail-oriented, and truly cared about the quality of the home. His dedication showed in every part of the build. We felt like we were in great hands from start to finish. If you’re considering buying a home through UnionMain, I can confidently say you’ll be in great hands. The process was smooth, the communication was excellent, and the end result is a beautiful home we’re proud to call our own. Highly recommended!

  Purchasing my UnionMain home has been a wonderful experience, from the sales aspect with Justin to the builder aspect with Matt. Justin went above & beyond to get me in to my home. Matt’s work ethic and his ability to connect with his customers is commendable. He goes above and beyond to ensure things are working the way they should and if something needs to be fixed he’s on it. Justin & Matt have been helpful with my home purchase.

  From the moment we stepped into the model home of UnionMain Homes in Elevon, Lavon TX, my wife said she somehow knew that they were going to be our builder. Even though we actively shopped around, we kept coming back to them and we were not disappointed. Two exceptional guys worked with us all the way: Brandon, the Sales Counsellor and Todd, who handled the construction. These gentlemen are amazing. Todd saved us hours upon hours of driving to get a feel of the construction. He created an SMS group for updates. Every Friday afternoon, Todd would share with us pictures of what was done during the week and also outline what is upcoming the following week. He never fail for once to deliver. Brandon was our advocate with the corporate office and he helped us get what we wanted. Out of the blues, UnionMain Homes sent us an email that we would be closing on a particular date. We were thrilled and blown away because we didn’t want to renew our current lease. IT WAS JUST TIMELY. I recommend this builder. I wish every aspiring home owner could get a team like Todd and Brandon to work with. They are simply phenomenal. Thank you guys for delivering our dream home just in time. You both rock!
