Took to my car audio guy no idea what was happening, I called these guys and told them what was happening over the phone he said it’s a bad alternator, bring it I’ll check it, hour later I show up, I’m greeted and helped after the few people ahead of me. He runs a diagnostics and confirms it is producing 19 instead of 16 as it should,causing a faulty sound system. I was seen immediately, car taken care of, replaced and fixed my issue. Now I’m back on the road with no issues. Thank you
