  When I walked into Underwoods downtown Fayetteville recently I told Kate what I was looking for and with her friendly attitude she then proceeded to show me several jewelry pieces to pick from. I had a star experience I highly recommend you go see Kate for any jewelry gift needs. Our family loves Underwoods ❤️ what a Fayetteville treasure we have.   Underwood’s Jewelers and Hailey are the BEST! From start to finish, Hailey made the entire process of getting my engagement ring an amazing experience. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure every detail was perfect. They truly helped make the moment feel special, and I felt completely taken care of through the entire process. You can tell Hailey loves what she does and takes real pride in helping people with such meaningful purchases. Underwood’s will always be my go-to spot! 10/5 STARS!

  Underwoods is hands down the best jeweler in Northwest Arkansas. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a warm, friendly welcome that instantly makes you feel at home. Taylor is truly exceptional, she’s always incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She’s assisted me with custom pieces and has a great way of explaining the 5 C’s, making the process both educational and enjoyable. She helped my wife design her engagement ring and pick her wedding band, a memorable experience. Taylor has also guided me in selecting timeless pieces like my signet rings and bracelets. She’s a true gem herself, working at an outstanding establishment that treats you like family. I couldn’t recommend Underwoods and Taylor more highly.
