  Really cool store, my son love it there and all the variety of reptiles they had. They double charged me one visit for a feeder rat, when I showed them the mistake they gave me one at no charge my next visit to correct it with no issues.

  Love this store and their employees! They are super knowledgeable and always very helpful. I have two boxers that I purchased at other Uncle Bills locations; a 9 y/o and a 2 y/o. Both were having food issues. I first worked with my vet and tried all of their recommendations. Those worked for a very short time but then the dogs both stopped eating their food again. I reached out to Uncle Bills. They kindly worked with me until we found the right combination and now my dogs are happy, content and their digestive issues have cleared. No more eating grass and no excessive tooting issues. Dakota, Keara and Christy are the best! They have been so patient and understanding with this stressed out dog Mama!

  I bought a betta from this store about a month ago and he is thriving. I had bad luck with buying bettas from chain pet stores like PetSmart who succumb to health issues later on. I I like that they keep them in bowls rather than in small plastic cups. When I went to pick one out all the bettas looked healthy and were making bubble nests. Even though they’re a lot more pricey than chain pets stores, I think it’s worth it for a healthy a betta.

  Everyone is always courteous and seems knowledgeable, answers questions etc. Owen was especially helpful last time I was there.

  I had a special order for two ferrets. One of them was for a white ferret with black eyes which is a very standard ferret color. The manager she claimed she had never seen one before after working at this pet store for years. I knew she was lying I’ve worked at three massive large pet store chains And it’s a very common ferret. It’s harder to find an albino with red eyes. I asked if she would be able to find me a black ferret which is called they have black ferrets they’re just all solid black. She made me feel absolutely belittled and stupid when she said even my corporate office has never heard of a black ferret look it up they’re actually a very common Especially to Marshall ferret which is what this company uses I do not recommend going to this pet store with the store manager being as hateful as she is and unwilling to help she did not care if I got affair or not she don’t care if I spent money Store. I was talking to a sales associate she took the sales associate and demand to have the To get me off of it it was a terrible situation and I would never recommend the store . Horrible attitude. Snobby because of the area super rude the employees have no idea what they were talking about
